Description: We are microbrewery in Tunbridge, Vermont that opened in the fall of 2015. Currently we brew nano batches on a 1 barrel, open flame 1 BBL system, where we experiment with beer styles that emphasize hop-centric (APA, IPA, DIPA), malty (stouts, brown ales) or yeast-influenced (saison) ale styles. We are developing plans to expand our capacity to a 5 bbl system in early 2018.
Our First Drop American Pale Ale, Cloud Drop DIPA, Moove On Up Milk Stout and Hip 2 the Hops IPA, and Little Farmhouse are brewed in Stowe Vermont on a 50 barrel system (Von Trapp Brewery). We have a small barrel-aging program and have released small bottled batches of an imperial stout and a citrus strong ale. We look forward to brewing more styles of beer soon.
