Description: The latest entry in our Endless series which uses only fruit and honey, with no added water. Montmorency, Balaton, and Morello cherries in different proportions. Local Gallberry Blossom Honey. Known for its richness and elegance, the honey has a buttery molasses note aged the mead for months on a special blend of oaks. This oak treatment not only adds its own spice and vanilla notes, but most importantly gives the mead a nice clean finish. Korintje cinnamon has been made famous by Cinnabon for its incredible aromatics and rich flavors, making it the perfect cinnamon for desserts. Finally we let the mead mature on multiple pounds of grade A Madagascar vanilla beans.
