Description: Our latest seasonal on tap. It's called Tilt Cove Golden Nugget Ale. A little nod to the rich mining history on the Baie Verte Peninsula. It is brewed entirely with Nugget hops Including two separate dry hops. Their earthy, herbal, leafy character is abundantly obvious at 50 IBU's. It is, like most of my beers, finely balanced by the malt character. The malts used were a blend of Canadian and West Yorkshire Pale Ale malts with Scottish Carastan weighing in at about 10% of the grist. OG of 1.061, this golden beauty weighs in at about 6% ABV. Posessing a slight veiled haze from the repeated dry hopping, it presents as a classic American Pale.
