Description: Inspired by the Biere De Garde style of Northern France we brewed this beer with 100% locally grown Nashville fresh hops from Sulphur Creek Farm. Fermented with a mixed culture of local bacterias and Brettanomyces. This beer laid in wait from fall 2016 until spring 2017 to cheer on the new hop vine growth!
