Description: The latest in our barrel fermented wild ale series, Motorbreath Sour Stout is a continuation of our mixed house culture going all the way back to our beginnings. All the bugs in the laboratory (lactobacillus, pediococcus, brettanomyces, saccharomyces) give us notes of bright cherry, balanced sourness, chocolate, vanilla, coffee and coconut. Fermented in whisky and bourbon barrels, this beer has been resting in our cellar for a full year before it's debut. It is limited, please enjoy.
