Description: Around our home farm we have 40 acres of 48 varieties of traditional cider apple trees, the oldest being 300 years old. These orchards have escaped modern farming methods and have never been ploughed, so the soil “terroir” has remained the same since Medieval times, making these old trees very unique with total wildlife balance. The yields are very low without artificial chemicals and fertilisers, we ferment these apples using special Champagne yeast to make this very crafty cider to our traditional Herefordshire elegant cider recipe.
