Description: For this beer we selected a barrel of spontaneously fermented (Méthode Traditionnelle) beer from the 2019 season and aged it for a year on whole Canterbury raspberries. At bottling time we used young spontaneous beer to provide the necessary sugar for carbonation after a refermentation in the bottle.
