Description: ALBERTO 2022 Italian-style Pilsner Grain: 40% Wheatland Spring Estate; 60% New York’s Hudson Valley Unfiltered. Fermented and conditioned in tank for 3 months. Impressions of: Lemon Zest, Noble Herbs, Sweet Dough, Spring Wildflower Just over half of the malted grain in this beer comes from a small farm in New York’s Hudson Valley. The remainder comes from barley we grow at Wheatland Spring. They combine into a malt base that’s rich in character, with the restrained dry hop providing a refreshing citrus zest and pleasant herbal-meets-floral aromatics. We selected these ingredients as an homage to Alberto and recognition for what his experience represents.
