Description: Coconut Coffee Medianoche started as a blend of Imperial Stouts aged for 20-24 months in freshly emptied 19-year Elijah Craig Bourbon, 15-year Sazerac Rye Whiskey, 15-year Blanton’s Bourbon, 10-year Old Forester Birthday Bourbon, 10-year Eagle Rare, 6-year Thomas H. Handy Sazerac Rye Whiskey, and 6-year E.H. Taylor Bourbon barrels. After aging, the blend was conditioned on toasted coconut flakes and raw coconut chips, then finished with freshly roasted Philippine dark roast coffee from our friends at Mostra Coffee. Lending notes of salted caramel and fudgesicles, the rich Philippine coffee serves as the perfect pairing with the toasted and raw coconut, all of which are underscored by the complex expressions of the barrels and the Medianoche
