Description: The root systems of many plants play host to incredible relationships between the roots themselves and fungi that dwell on them. The former provides solar-generated carbon whilst the latter provides soil nutrients – a truly ingenious symbiotic relationship. In our Symbiosis series, we pair two hops that will play well together and build on their respective strengths. In Juncus, we combined Citra, Ekuanot and Amarillo. It's smooth upfront with lashings of tropical fruit and citrus flavours. The finish holds little bitterness which leads to a very refreshing experience. Released officially at the Bailey Head, Oswestry, on the 28th September, 2018.
