Description: We're riffing off last week's WOW Signal pale ale with a WOW Signal IPA! An old school malty IPA with an emphasis on Rye, Cara and Best malts. Part of our explorations in preparation for our move to the bigger brewery. The Wow! signal was a strong narrowband radio signal received on August 15, 1977, by Ohio State University’s Big Ear radio telescope in the United States, then used to support the search for extraterrestrial intelligence. Malt: Best Ale, Golden Promise, German Pils, Rye Malt, Premium Cara Hops: Magnum, Chinook, Centennial, Citra Yeast: Joshua Wardman
