The combination of wheat and ale malts in the mash are highlighted by the addition of freshly roasted Ethiopian Nikesse coffee beans from local Adelaide roaster, Bar 9. The use of nitrogen during keg filling gives the palette a smooth round finish. The match of sweet malts and coffee is the perfect pick me up after a long day.
