Description: The #003 Barbara is an unfiltered Belgian wheat beer characterised by a cloudy pale straw colour, complimented with the additions of ground coriander seed and dried orange peel. The addition of fresh fruit is common with this style of beer. Rhubarb was added to the boil to enhance complexity and flavour. This beer shows beautiful coriander and zesty citrus character on nose and the palate. The malt sweetness balances the tart rhubarb flavours.
