Description: This beer is brewed using only Danish pilsner malt, and raw wheat, then bottom fermented and matured at low temperature for 2 months.in that sense, it's pretty old school. But we used tropical Rakau and Mosaic instead of traditional German hopsto give it a new, slightly spicy twist. Together it gives you a subtle, yet intriguing aroma and fine taste.
