Description: Tradition says that IPAs need to be generously hopped with English ‘brace yourself for the bitterness’ hops. We’re proud of our Commonwealth roots but not afraid to shake off the shackles and embrace the Home of the Brave. Yep, American Dank has gone South. Pungent, Resinous, Sticky. So many American hops were shoveled into the boil that a highly resinous slick emerged. Big and extroverted, Hi-Res shows off some fruit on the nose and a kind of earthy, herbaceous complexity. Dank, but not in a Dunedin student digs type way. Look : Golden Copper aroma : Piney, resinous supported by citrus and tropical fruits. Taste : Full mouth feel, juicy, highly resinous finishing with citrus and tropical fruit characters. Restrained bitterness. Hops : Columbus, Simcoe, Centennial MALT : American Ale, Pilsner, Toffee, Aurora Alcohol(ABV) : 6.8% Bitterness(IBU) : 55 Try it with : Sharp Cheddar Cheese
