Description: Wooden bird is a bottle conditioned Brett Saison brewed and dry hopped with 100% Amarillo Hops. It was fermented with two Wallonian Saison yeast strains as well as two strains of Brettanomyces. The flavor is a tropical fruit funk bomb with some nutty flavors from the buckwheat included in the grist. Wooden Bird is our collaboration with the fine gentlemen from the Wooden Bus. We wanted to combine their love of Saisons and True Anomaly’s wild program. We hope you enjoy, cheers!
