Description: Our mainstay DIPA grist consisting of heavier portions of flaked wheat and oats, takes on serious amounts of a Strata, Mosaic, and Talus. The results of some seriously oil laden newer school varietals add up to impressions of tropical sweet dense mango, pineapple sorbet, floral orange citrus cream, and fleeting impression of kiwi laced thai basil and pine. Incredibly cohesive and soft, and considerably drinkable.
