Description: Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our brewing and cellar crew. We let our latest recipe for an imperial stout age in Bourbon barrels for eight months before adding in a heavy dose of Barrington Coffee Roasters cold brewed Italian Roast and Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans. The result is a luxurious, warming, opulent winter treat. A powerful nose leads with bourbon, balanced by aromas of vanilla, toasted coconut, and caramel. The nose finishes with a hints of coffee & maple, leading into a sumptuous palate of chocolate, vanilla, and bourbon. Permutation 23 has a thick mouthfeel and full body.
