Description: Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our production crew. For this edition we present a continued experimentation in creating a Lager with a distinctive Trillium feel. Using Saaz in the hop bill and a grist composed of 100% German Pilsner Malt, Perm 21 presents aromas of lemongrass and citrus peel. Medium-light body and crisp carbonation are complemented by flavors of honeysuckle, subtle herbal spice, and sweet tea on the finish. A deviation from our usual habit of heavy hopping, Perm 21 is a refreshing and drinkable take on a Lager.
