Description: Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our brewing and cellar crew. For this iteration of our Permutation Series, we've created an American Pale Lager by partnering a classic Bavarian lager strain which has revealed a unique Citra character from a mid fermentation dry hop addition. Permutation 25 presents a pale golden hue with slight haze, topped by a frothy cap of resilient foam. Leading with a fragrant nose of table grapes, pineapple, and sweet tart candies, Permutation 25's palate carries subtle fruit balanced by a crackery Pilsner malt character and classic lager flavor. Crisp finish with mild to moderate bitterness.
