Description: Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our brewing and cellar crew. We name these beers in sequence - their numbering first indicates the year in the Trillium lifespan that the beer was released, followed by a recipe indicator. Brewed at our Canton location, Permutation 6.14 is an IPA whirlpooled and extensively dry hopped with Citra. Pouring a hazy yellow-orange color, Permutation 6.14 offers heavy citrus forward aromas of pink grapefruit and freshly squeezed orange that continue right through to the palate where unmistakably tropical notes of bright pineapple and fresh mango are underpinned by flavors of lychee and passion fruit. Medium bodied with a pillowy soft mouthfeel and delicate floral accent on the finish, Permutation 6.14 has a smooth, mouthwatering finish.
