Description: The Curiosity Series has been our template for hoppy beer exploration for almost seven years. It enables us to try things, and to experiment with hops in a way that’s outside the box of our core line-up. This batch was brewed with a complex blend of American hops to further learn about and to enjoy the character of new lots from our 2019 hop selections. Included in the blend is Columbus, Centennial, and Citra, lending dank, ruby red grapefruit-like overtones to this tropical double IPA. It is a potent one, indeed! It carves out a unique flavor profile with an astonishingly creamy mouthfeel - Enjoy!
