Description: Curiosity Fifty One is the latest in a longstanding line of experimental, inquisitive, and process-progressing hoppy beers by Tree House! For Fifty One, we utilized large amounts of a newer hop varietal, Sabro (Previously HBC 438), to impart a distinctive and unique flavor profile of mango, coconut, and lemon grass. We also added a splash of Amarillo and Citra to help buoy the tropical characteristics presented by Sabro. A pale grist coupled with a uniquely heavy dose of oats (for us) creates a supple body and subtle oaty contribution on the finish. It’s so pleasant and interesting to drink - give it your full attention and it will reward the senses over a tall and delicious pint glass. This is the first of many future Curiosity beers that will explore the most recent discoveries made by our friends in the hop fields of Yakima.
