Description: The Hypothesis project is an experimental series where we propose an idea to see what outcome it may have in the final beer, whether in the recipe or process, or both. In "six", we adjusted multiple aspects of fermentability to see if we could make a more refreshing and less filling big Double IPA. Hopped throughout with Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado, we are very happy with the results and think you will be as well. Soft and hop forward, yet not overly sweet or thick. Cheers!
