Description: 'Mozes de Donkere’ (Moses the Dark) is Tongval's second beer that’s part of their organic beer-series called ‚De Woestijnvaders’ (The Desert-fathers) and is inspired by this monk that lived in the Sinai desert in the 4th century. ‚Mozes de Donkere’ is a slightly edgy yet creamy dark brown beer (6,8%) with a touch of date and cumin, coming in 150 (limited) hand-numbered bottles. In the coming years Tongval will be creating many more organic beers in this special series.
