Description: This bottle is a Zinfandel Barrel Aged variant of our Good Yule Saison. Brewed in October 2018 with malted wheat, hopped with Cascade, and fermented in a large oak foudre with our Magickal Saison yeast and a melange of microflora resident in our oak. Aged for a year in freshly emptied local Zinfandel barrels. Bottled in November 2019 and refermented in the bottle for natural carbonation. Good Yule to you and yours!
