Description: MAMMON is a Citra and Vic Secret Double IPA, conceived in collaboration with our great friend Gabe from @anchoragebrewing in Alaska. Brewed from the second runnings of a huge Barleywine we have in the works (….more on that in several weeks.) We fermented with our house ale yeast at slightly warmer than usual temperatures , and dry hopped aggressively with hand selected US Citra and pungent Australian Vic Secret. 8.5% ABV. Notes of orange creamsicle, Muscat grape, strawberry shortcake, canned pineapple, and peach blossom.
