Description: Eleven In The House of Sin is a new imperial pastry Stout, brewed especially for our ELEVENTH anniversary. This stout was comprised of damn near a literal ton of just about every specialty malt you’ve ever heard of (and maybe some you haven’t!), almost no hops (7 pounds of our forever bud, Columbus) and tons of GOOEY FRUIT and adjuncts. After a vicious hours long boil, Eleven In The House of Sin got loaded up with TONS of banana, mocha and chocolate. This is truly one of the most decadent beers we have ever canned. Notes of Fudgy the Whale, café au lait and a chocolate covered banana from the Banana Stand =)
