Description: This dark malty ale has been aging on whiskey soaked oak chips for over a month in order to deliver a special treat. Our Brewster, Mary Morgan worked with local hobbyist Joe Flory to craft this Maple Vanilla Porter as this location's first ever homebrew collaboration. The vanilla and maple syrup sourced from Mathias, WV were added to the boil and after fermentation leading to the rich character of this porter.
