Description: Golden Sour Beer Aged in Oak Barrels with Hami Melon, Charentais Melon and Galia Melon World in Motion is an expressive blend of nine, twelve, and fourteen month old sour beers aged in oak barrels. 3500 lbs of Hami, Charentais, and Galia melon were hand processed in house upon which the blend was conditioned for a further 10 months. The result is a bright, crisp, and aromatic beer with notes of Asian pear, wildflower honey, and candied lemon peel. Fresh and fragrant, World in Motion presents a thorough expression of a variety of unique melons.
