Description: Golden Sour Beer Aged in Oak Barrels with Yellow Peaches and Yellow Nectarines This past summer we were fortunate enough to receive a bounty of yellow stone fruit from our friends at Blossom Bluff Orchards. Hello Yellow is a blend of aged mixed fermentation beer conditioned on several varieties of their yellow peaches and yellow nectarines. After months of aging atop the fruit, the beer has taken on the borderline gummy candy aromas of over-ripe peaches and the deep juicy flavor of nectarines.
