Description: Summer may be officially over, but that doesn't mean the end of delicious fresh fruit beers at Oozlefinch. Muzzle Blast is our latest iteration with our house hefeweizen yeast and plenty of cracker-like wheat. Fermented cooler than normal to accentuate spicy clove phenols, the yeast provides a flavorful base and slightly creamy mouthfeel in an otherwise dry and super refreshing pint. We piled over 2 pounds of peach per gallon onto the base beer, and threw in a healthy dose of blackberry to keep things tart. Like a refreshing blackberry peach cobbler in a glass.
