Heaps of small-batch roasted Ethiopian coffee from Uptown Coffee Roasters (our next door neighbor) lead the charge in this rich, creamy coffee milk stout. The milk sugar we add gives it plenty of sweetness but it’s balanced by floral, earthy and mildly bitter Willamette hops so you won’t have too much sugar in your coffee.
