Description: Brewed with barley & rye malts plus raw wheat, all from Mecca Grade Estate Malt in Madras, OR. This beer had fresh ponderosa pine needles in the mash prior to spontaneous fermentation in a 600 liter puncheon we named Tanuki. Just before bottling we infused the beer with additional ponderosa pine. 100% naturally carbonated with wildflower honey, and 100% Oregon.The best celebrations are spontaneous!
