Description: Wood Knocker IPA is a take on our flagship Tree Knocker IPA. This North East IPA name came from the legend of Sasquatch. Squatch are illusive beasts and live most of their lives in solitude but when they need to get together they always can find each other by their knock. Out west they call this a Tree Knocker but up in New England it is known as the Wood Kncoker. Give it a try and see if you can catch a glimpse of a squatch. Wood Knocker focuses on the juiciness and flavor of hops rather than bitterness. Brewed with a combination of three different base malts, oats and a touch of wheat lend a hand in softening the mouthfeel. Wood Knocker packs aroma and flavor from top to bottom.
