Description: Introducing C.R. Novum - an adambier aged in a Caribbean rum barrel - a special single-barrel 12-year rum from the island of St. Croix. I was really impressed with the aromas coming off the barrel when they landed, tons of butterscotch and spice. These flavours plays really nicely with the mild smoke and molasses- kinda treacle-esque old dusty book and leather thing the adambier has going on. I think the two vibe really nicely together.
