Description: Eruption Double IPA [ih-ruhp shuh] Something that is erupted, an issuing forth suddenly; outburst. Like its younger brother Narcissism this beer starts a bit the same, but then it makes a whole different turn, for the better. This hop loaded Double IPA has a base of Cascade & Centennial then we dry hop it, not once, but twice with Citra & Mosaic. The result, a beer that erupts with fresh aromatics, and balanced hop flavors. While at the same time has a great mouthfeel and a clean finish.
