Description: For the second beer in our collaboration series, we recklessly raided the hopcloset of renowned Brewmaster James Costa of Half Moon Bay BrewingCompany. We began with El Dorado and now-limited South African variety, Southern Passion to create a wonderful stonefruit and watermelon base. As we delved deeper into the hop-doctor's vault, we stumbled upon anawesome amount of Simcoe Cryo Hops, a concentrated lupulin powder thatimbues an exploding aroma of berry and pine. The result is uber-aromaticand a double IPA that we are truly proud of - drink fresh and enjoy!
