Description: Mr. Wiggles - Irish Soda Bread Stout - In honor of our farm bulldog, Guinness, (yes, that is his name on his birth certificate from a decade ago), we brewed a twist of Irish stout recipe. 15 loafs of locally baked Irish soda bread, (from Pastry Fusion), were used in the mash of this beer to produce an Irish coffee cream flavor; while at the same time utilizing the sugars of the bread to create the alcohol in the beer!
