Occasional beer - brewed to special order and available in the authentic cloudy version, or the more usual clear version. Cloudy Wheatbeer is suitable for vegans. The beer is brewed in the traditional continental style using wheat malt, Hersbrucker and Saaz hops, but given a "local" finish using Nottingham Ale yeast.
