Description: S.K.U.L.L. 2016 Barrel Chapter Release. A Russian Imperial Stout aged on maple, smoked bacon and a blend of Square One coffees. These flavors meld together to create a truly unique beer, with the maple and coffee adding just the right amount of tang to complement the intense chocolate flavors. This RIS was created in our new brewery with our proprietary yeast and re-fermented in Pappy Van Winkle barrels for 10 months. Morning Ritual is suitable for aging up to 5 years when cellared properly. Best stored and cellared around 55F (13C) in a dark place. Ideal serving temperature is 50F (10C). please pour carefully, leaving the yeast sentiment behind in the bottle. Best served in a tulip glass.
