Description: Flowing through the Moray countryside, the River Spey is Scotland's fastest moving water course, and the area's history is steeped in the customs and traditions that flow from the production of world-renowned single malt Speyside whisky. This classic India Pale Ale (IPA) is brewed using modern craft-brewing techniques and with the same care and passion that produces the many single malt whiskies the area is famous for. Happily this has changed with Moray's burgeoning reputation as the food and drink capital of Scotland. Similarly, the Bottlenose dolphin colony has grown in this protected Highland environment to more than 190 at the last count. Moray IPA is made from the purest of water, fine malted grain and selected hops. It has a rich golden colour, with a distinctive aroma and a strong bitter finish from the tangy hops, all of which provide a perfectly balanced companion to the best of Moray's whiskies.
