Description: In 2018, our friends at 7 Monks lent us a tequila barrel that previously held bourbon. We blended our sour ale into the barrel with a ton of guava and a decent smack of Mosaic hops. Turns out it was one of the best beers we've ever made, but we were sad that we only got 3 kegs from the batch. fast forward to 2019, and we decided that we'd try to recreate it. This is a blend of 1 bourbon barrel and 4 tequila barrels, and the same ratio of hops and fruit as 2018. Holy cow, it does not disappoint!
