Description: Rooster is a big, juicy, aromatic, Imperial IPA that was brewed as a tribute to Alice In Chains @aliceinchains ?? Rooster was hopped generously in the whirlpool with Citra then dry hopped two separate times during active fermentation with the intensely aromatic New Zealand hops Riwaka and Nectaron. This ultra fragrant brew is super easy drinking and navigates the pallet gracefully, leaving little signs of bitterness in its wake - just a soft, gentle, encouraging mouthfeel followed by a juicy, hop flavored finish. We get notes of tropical passion fruit, tangy gooseberry, pink grapefruit, white grape, ripened pineapple, peach, orange juice, and Dole whip.
