Description: Brewed with Milk Sugar | Conditioned on Saigon Cinnamon, Vermont Maple Syrup, Madagascar Vanilla, and Cream Cheese Icing. Maple Cinnamon Roll is a decadent treat that will transport you straight to the pastry shop. We brewed this one with a base of English Maris Otter barley layered with golden toasted oats and a variety of other specialty kilned and roasted malts. When Smash Poured into a proper pint glass, the tiny, cascading, nitrogen bubbles rise to the top in mesmerizing fashion, forming a long-lasting head of frothy, aromatic, beige foam that laces the glass with each swig. The aroma alone will make your mouth water as you inhale the sweet, comforting scents of cinnamon and maple syrup. Maple Cinnamon Roll drinks smoothly with a full, velvety body accentuated by the nitrogen infusion and addition of creamy milk sugar. We get notes of fluffy, fresh-baked, cinnamon rolls slathered with rich, vanilla, cream cheese icing, drizzled with sweet maple syrup, and back notes of toasty oats, gooey caramel, and bakers chocolate.
