Description: Originally brewed in 2012 as one of our Chef Series collaboration beers with then LON's Head Chef Jeremy Pacheco (now Head Chef at Society Café Encore at the Wynn Las Vegas). This traditional Saison features fresh pink peppercorns from Singh Farms in Scottsdale AZ, whole fennel & fennel pollen. You'll enjoy notes of bubble gum, licorice and hints of spicy pepper on the nose and pallet. This brew is the signature house beer at the Last Drop (bar) at LON's at the Hermosa Inn, the Society Café Encore at the Wynn Resort and Casino Las Vegas. This product was last bottled in 2012, if you have a bottle and it has not been cared for properly, you will not experience the delicious liquid that is. We will be releasing this product in both bottle and draft throughout Arizona and California in early 2015.
