Description: Phase Rule is a non-adjunct Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout brewed and blended with our friend Shaun of Phase Three Brewing. A hybrid recipe which entwines our favorite stouts recipes into one, and then was aged in Bourbon, Rye and Cognac barrels. The final blend consisted of barrels of our initial brew in late 2019 with barrels from early 2021, to create the best possible blend, barrel expression, and Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout to share with you.
