Description: Thanks to the combination of dark malts, Prophecy of the Clock already had a bready disposition. We added freshly toasted and ground caraway seeds to really sell the "seeded" pumpernickel bread aroma and flavor. Caraway is the flavor most people associate with rye bread, so even though this beer doesn't contain rye it brings up that association.
