Description: On its own, Kosmic Mother Funk (KMF) is tart, funky, and complex with notes of dark fruits, cherry, cocoa & vanilla. To bring together these flavors we've added a small amount of Belgian candi sugar to add a bit of smoothness and hint of sweetness to this vintage. Grand Cru is a term used to denote a vintage of the highest quality or 'the best of the best', and the 2014 vintage has been aging in our Barrel Room for two years.
