Description: For our first Winter Ale, we brewed our Deep Drop Dubbel Bock with a twist. Deep Drop was our mix between the Belgian Dubbel and Dopplebock style. We brewed Deep Drop and aged it on fresh South Jersey cranberries, pine, orange peel, and nutmeg.
